A look at 2018 Priorat

Last week, as something of a ‘celebration’ to the end of Dry January (which is about as ‘dry’ as any other month for me), I was rummaging through the cellar and came up with a bottle from a solid producer in DOQ Priorat that was a single-vineyard Carignan from 2018.
