AGW reassures industry over fuel and fertiliser supply concerns

Australian Grape and Wine (AGW) has reassured the wine industry that it “is aware of emerging concerns across the agricultural sector regarding fertiliser and fuel supply following developments in the Middle East”. Speaking to Daily Wine News, CEO Lee McLean said that “grape and wine businesses - like all agricultural producers - are sensitive to rising input costs and supply chain uncertainty, particularly at such a critical time in the production cycle, and when commercial conditions are so difficult”.
