Ancient Cypriot wine grape instils hope for South Australian growers

Australia started growing wine grapes soon after colonisation, mostly from cooler climates such as France, but an ancient variety from Cyprus planted in South Australia is thriving in our drier conditions. It's slashed water use and is reviving hope for struggling growers.
