ASVO invites nominations for 2026 awards

The Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology (ASVO) has opened applications for the 2026 ASVO Awards for Excellence. The organisation is welcoming nominations for the categories of ‘Winemaker of the Year’ sponsored by TangoSix, ‘Viticulturist of the Year’ sponsored by Syngenta, ‘Wine Science and Technology Award’ sponsored by Winechek and the ‘Emerging Talent of the Year’ sponsored by Wine Network Consulting. President of the ASVO, Samantha Scarratt, said the awards are especially meaningful because winners are recognised “not just for high performance, but also their contribution to the industry”.
