Beer, wine and spirits festival returns for its third year

Indiana On Tap returns with its local event, Columbus On Tap Craft Beer Festival, from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Custer-Nugent Amphitheatre and Festival Field in Mill Race Park. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to a charity or cause of the city’s choice.
