Brock Universitys wine institute raises a glass to 30 years of cool-climate research and winemaking education
The Brock University Cool Climate Enology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) celebrated its 30th anniversary this week, bringing together university leaders, industry partners and the City of St. Catharines to mark three decades of wine education and research in Niagara.
