Celebrating 75 years of Grange with Penfolds 2026 Collection

In wine terms the launch of the new Penfolds Collection is up with their latest film release of Christopher Nolan, or a new album from the Rolling Stones. This year we have had all three. What they all have in common is a fiercely loyal customer base and pretty much a guarantee that whatever is produced will be at the very top of that particular sector’s game. Which is very much where we are with the new Penfolds Collection 2026 - including the 75th anniversary of Grange (2022) - that is released to the world today. Richard Siddle was able to get the first sneak preview of the new vintages anywhere in the world at a UK global exclusive tasting held last month with Penfolds’ chief winemaker, Peter Gago. Here he tries to put into words what tasting, or should that be experiencing, the new Penfolds Collection is like.
