Clare Valley winery named Best Aussie Producer at international award show

Clare Valley winery Kilikanoon Wines has taken home the title of ‘Best Producer Australia’ as well as the award for ‘Best Australian Red of Show’ with its Attunga 1865 Shiraz 2022 at the 2026 Mundus Vini Grand International Wine Awards. The Mundus Vini awards are judged internationally, with wines assessed alongside entries from leading producers around the world. Kilikanoon said the result is particularly meaningful given its long history of success at Mundus Vini, having previously been named ‘Best Australian Producer’ a record nine times. Kilikanoon CEO Travis Fuller said the result was a great reflection of the team and the wines being made at the winery. “To be named ‘Best Australian Producer’ and then have Attunga 1865 named ‘Best Australian Red of Show’, is a pretty special result for the team.”
