‘Tough choices required’: Endeavour halves winery and vineyard footprint

A review led by new CEO and Managing Director Jayne Hrdlicka has led to a strategy overhaul of Endeavour Group.

The biggest shift is transforming Pinnacle Drinks into “an asset-light, customer-led” business by offloading its non-core winery and agricultural assets.

Endeavour's seven winery operations will be slashed by more than half, with only Cape Mentelle in Margaret River, Isabel Estate in Marlborough, and Dorrien Estate in Barossa Valley being retained as assets “strategically important for end-to-end regional strength.”
