Three industry leaders reimagine liquor retail in new Melbourne store

A new wine-focused liquor retail store in Brunswick East has reimagined its drinks program around occasion and budget as opposed to variety and region.

Located in Brunswick East, Drop Shop’s range of wine, beer, RTD, spirits and NoLo is presented in three distinct categories – Weekday ($15–25), Party ($25–40) and Fancy ($40+) – with shelf-space intentionally limited to a maximum of 150 SKUs, meaning every product has to earn its place.

Format is just as considered, with six-packs, slabs, half-bottles, bagnums, cocktails and cans all chosen with the same care as the wine itself.
