NSW invests $2m in state's first dealcoholisation facility at Freeman Vineyards

The New South Wales Government has invested $2 million in co-funding to build the state’s first dealcoholisation facility at Freeman Vineyards in the Hilltops wine region.

The end-to-end facility seeks to position the region as a national leader in NoLo wine production. It means that producers from across the state will be able to have wine made, dealcoholised and bottled all in one place, strengthening regional manufacturing and reducing the need for winemakers to transport produce.
