Guala Closures expands US wine screwcap capacity with G3 deal

Italian packaging group Guala Closures has agreed to acquire most of the production equipment from G3 Enterprises' aluminium wine screwcap business. The deal will expand manufacturing capacity in Mexico as the company seeks to strengthen its supply network across the Americas.
