Ironstone Vineyards owner acquires clutch of Californian wine, RTD brands

The Kautz family, which owns California winery Ironstone Vineyards, has purchased eight wine brands and a ready-to-drink cocktail mark from the owner of Thomas Allen Vineyards & Winery, Allen Lombardi.
