“This was a once in a lifetime opportunity.” In a short sentence Philipp Reinstaller, head sommelier at Labombe by Trivet in London, summed up the joint experience that a group of leading sommeliers and wine directors were able to enjoy, thanks to an extensive study and tasting tour of some of the key wine regions of Australia hosted by Fells, earlier in the year.
