Man jailed for smashing wine bottle over former friends head in Belfast bar

A man who hit a former friend over the head with a wine bottle in a “premeditated’’ attack was jailed on Tuesday. Tyler Boyd (20), of Drumlee Road, Ballymoney, had previously pleaded guilty to charges of wounding a man and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a glass bottle.
