Murray Valley Winegrowers forum to tackle industry challenges

The Murray Valley Winegrowers (MVW) 2026 Forum will be held on Wednesday 27 May at Willow & Ivie Function Centre, Nichols Point, where “key issues shaping the future of Australia’s wine industry will be explored”. Running from 1 pm to 5 pm, the forum will bring together growers, winemakers, industry leaders, agribusiness representatives and policymakers for “a practical, solutions-focused discussion on the outlook, challenges and opportunities facing the Australian wine sector”. MVW chair Chris Dent said the forum comes at a critical time for the inland wine industry, with businesses continuing to navigate market volatility, changing consumer trends, water policy pressures and broader economic challenges
