Nearly half of all wine tank sales are now stainless steel

According to a Market Intelo report, stainless steel now accounts for 42.5% of the global tank marketplace, and is expected to grow at 5.1% CAGR as "freshness" and "purity" continue to be the hallmarks of favourite wine styles.
