One Another winery: Meet the Gen Z making wine in his parents shed

One Another is a boutique winery, run by 26-year-old George Loat from his parents’ shed in the Cotswolds, producing exciting English still wines in a space so small it would give Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs a run for its money. COVID encouraged him to spread his wings and work for a variety of overseas wineries before settling down and making his own wine. Kate Lofthouse met up with him, tasted the wines and argues that our youngest generation of drinkers is proving itself not only to be very interested in wine, but exceptionally talented too.
