San Antonio Winery Sues Bottega Over Wine Bottle Trademark Spat

California-based San Antonio Winery Inc. sued Italian sparkling wine maker Bottega SpA in federal district court seeking a declaration that San Antonio’s use of shiny rosé and/or gold bottles for its Stella Rosa V.S. Prosecco line doesn’t infringe Bottega’s trademarks.
