Seventeen venues named 2026 Tasmanian Wine List of the Year finalists

Venues across Tasmania have been named finalists in the 2026 Tasmanian Wine List of the Year awards, presented by Wine Tasmania. The 17 finalists include restaurants, wine bars, pubs, accommodation venues and specialist retailers, with venues represented across the state from Geeveston to Stanley and from Strahan to Swansea. The annual awards recognise venues for their representation of Tasmanian wine, with judges assessing the breadth and representation of Tasmanian wines on offer, how each list is put together and how effectively venues present the state’s producers and regions. Wine Tasmania CEO Sheralee Davies congratulated this year’s finalists. “The standard of entries this year was exceptional and the pride in our local wines is so gratifying to see. With several new entrants, this year’s finalists represent the most diverse group in the nine years of the program,” Davies said.
