Swinging Bridge provides update on steady 2026 Orange vintage
Swinging Bridge has provided an update on its 2026 vintage in Orange, NSW. The winery said the season looks to be a high-quality and composed one, “defined by mild temperatures, a dry ripening period and well-timed rainfall events”. “Temperature data from the Bureau of Meteorology shows the season tracking consistently around long-term averages but importantly without prolonged heat extremes. “It’s been a really steady, even season. We had the moisture when we needed it, and then a clean run into harvest. That’s given us fruit with great balance, freshness and clarity,” said Tom Ward, winemaker and viticulturist at Swinging Bridge
