Sydney Wine Academy recognised in WSETs global Excellence in Education Awards

WSET has announced the winners of its inaugural Excellence in Education Awards, with TAFE NSW Sydney Wine Academy being ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Student Experience Award’ category. The award was given for the course provider’s “role in developing the next generation of wine professionals through high-quality education and industry engagement”. “This recognition is a testament to the passion, expertise and dedication of our educators and industry partners who are committed to developing the next generation of wine professionals,” said the TAFE NSW Sydney Wine Academy. The awards, presented in a virtual ceremony at WSET's annual Global APP Summit, recognise excellence across three categories: ‘Enterprise’, ‘Student Experience’ and ‘Social Impact’. The winners and highly commended recipients span six countries across three continents. The awards attracted 110 submissions from across 28 countries and territories.
