Tarac Australia Ltd to exit Tarac Technologies business following independent commercial review

Prominent wine industry supplier Tarac Australia Ltd said that following its 24 March 2026 board meeting, it will begin its exit of the Nuriootpa-based Tarac Technologies business in response to “structural changes” to its key markets. The company called the decision “proactive” and said that it follows a full independent commercial review. The conclusion allows for an “orderly market process to exit the business”.
