Taylors Wines appoints new general manager of sales following strategy pivot
Taylors Wines has today announced the appointment of Mikaela Noonan as general manager of sales for Australia, “marking a significant step in the company’s pivot toward a more focused, premium-led growth strategy”. The winery said that as the Australian wine industry navigates challenging times, it is prioritising premiumisation, reducing complexity, and investing in the long-term health and value of its brands. Noonan joins from Moët Hennesy Australia, where she currently serves as national sales manager – head of independents. Her career experience spans more than 15 years across retail, national accounts, and channel leadership, “underpinned by strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of both supplier and customer dynamics”.
