With 59 producers taking part and close to 600 wines to taste the Wines of Portugal’s Grand Trade Tasting taking place in London on February 23 is a one stop opportunity for UK wine buyers, wine merchants and sommeliers to see first hand what Portugal can potentially offer them and their wine lists. To help set the scene The Buyer talks to Frederico Falcão, president of Vini Portugal, about what he hopes the tasting can deliver for busy buyers and why he thinks Portuguese wine producers have never been better placed to deliver wines most suited to the needs of the UK market.
