In his opening words to visitors of the latest outing of Private Wine Days, Chris Davies of Les Grands Chais de France says: “If you thought you knew GCF, think again. A great deal has changed - and now is the time to take a new look.” And indeed, the invitation was there for people to do just that in the Les Grands Chais de France (GCF) tastings in London and Manchester this Spring.
