We continue our series profiling sommeliers in Asia that are studying to be Master Sommeliers by going behind the scenes in China and talking to Meiyu Li, founder of DrinkArts, a wine and management consultancy company, who works with restaurants and sommelier teams particularly in Beijing and Shanghai. She shares her experiences of becoming the first female advanced sommelier in China and what becoming a Master Sommelier would mean to her.
