Treasury Wine Estates Passes All Nine Resolutions at 2026 Annual General Meeting

Treasury Wine Estates (ASX:TWE) disclosed that all nine resolutions put to shareholders at its 2026 Annual General Meeting, held on 15 October 2025, were carried, including the re-election of seven directors, adoption of the Remuneration Report, and the grant of Long Term Incentive Plan performance rights to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
