Vitis & Winemakers expands New Zealand team amid online store development

Vitis & Winemakers has expanded its New Zealand team with the appointment of two new product & sales managers and the promotion of Aimee McConway to office manager, “bringing additional hands-on winemaking, beverage and cellar experience to its growing commercial equipment business”. Benjamin Alvano joins the business as product & sales manager, bringing international winemaking experience gained across Chile, Burgundy, Barolo and the Canary Islands. The supplier said his practical cellar background provides a strong understanding of winemaking operations and the equipment required throughout production. He is joined by Ben Murphy, also appointed product & sales manager. Murphy brings several years of hands-on cellar experience in Marlborough, adding practical local industry knowledge to the company’s sales and product support capabilities.
