For many at the sharp end of the global wine and spirits industry the year’s trading calendar stars with the World Bulk Wine Exhibition that takes places this year in Amsterdam between November 30 and December 1. They are also arguably two of the most important business days of the year when it comes to major buyers supplying the volumes of wine and spirits they need for the 12 months. Ahead of this year’s show Helen Arnold talks to the show’s new director, Caterina Tucci, about her plans for the exhibition and what trends does she dictating the business being done at the event.
