WISA announces sale of WineTech to the AWITC

The Wine Industry Suppliers Association (WISA) revealed last Friday that it no longer owns WineTech and that the trademark has been sold to the Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference Inc. (AWITC).WISA said that the decision “was not made lightly nor in isolation”, with its committee prioritising “the interests of the sector” with current context in mind. It believes that the “consolidated ownership model will ensure a more sustainable future for the event”.
